Since I was based 4 hours away, I had to have a realtor who would not just set up appointments to show the property, but also keep an eye on the condition of the property. Russ met many repairmen to give them access to the house as well as follow up to make sure the repairs were completed. He kept me up to date on prospects and their interests/concerns.
